Persons per room:
If the number of guests per unit is more than shown then an additional $20 per night is added for each extra person(children using cots excepted). Maximum persons is 2 in a studio, 4 in a 1 Bedroom and 6 in larger units.

Season Dates:
Holiday - 4 October 2011 to 7 June 2012 excluding Christmas and Easter
Xmas - 23 December 2011 to 3 January 2012
Easter - 5 April 2012 to 9 April 2012

Notes:
No check-ins on Christmas day please and 4 night special rate not available during Christmas.
